I got a new toy today. A Nikon D3000. It's been a long time since I actually took manual photos, and I'm still getting the hold of it. I also want to get a better lens and Photoshop, eventually. For right now, I'm just enjoying playing around with it.
This weekend was great overall. I spent all of Friday sleeping because I had staff duty Thursday night. Saturday I enjoyed a run, the Farmer's Market, the beach, and costume game night. (I was Pebbles/a cavewoman.) Today I went to church, had Starbucks with the girls after, then got my camera. I headed out to Laie to take these pictures, then swung by Pupukea to get a few more. I have a huge list of places I want to go and pictures I want to take.
